Declare the Head

The police said,
The luggage leaking
The sniff of a dog
The puzzled looks
The tourists running

Then,
The reasons why
The offer in a foreign country
The priest with a plan
The spells to cast
The gravediggers with a hunger

Declare the head!

The skull was smelling
The teeth still clinging
The hair still curling
The brain matter spilling
The kids were crying

The police just saying,
This woman must,
Declare the head!
